Pricing
RegFly is in early-pilot with Luxembourg compliance teams. Tier shape is fixed; per-workspace pricing is co-designed during onboarding so contract terms match your team size, jurisdiction set, and audit cadence.

Frequently asked
- Why don't you publish per-seat prices?
- RegFly is built for regulated-industry buyers, where contract terms (data residency, audit clauses, SLA, indemnification) drive total value more than per-seat list price. We agree pricing during onboarding so the contract matches your supervisor's expectations on day one rather than getting renegotiated quarterly.
- Where is workspace data hosted?
- EU regions only. The default deployment runs in EU-Central; data-residency exceptions for specific supervisors are negotiated as part of Institution terms. We do not send tenant-sensitive data to LLM providers without redaction (see our secure-development standard for the boundary).
- Can we evaluate without a paid commitment?
- Yes. The Pilot tier is a 60-day evaluation with success metrics co-designed up front; if the metrics are not met, you walk away with no continuation obligation. We expect you to keep all your evidence — your action plans and proof packages export to JSON (and PDF, on request) so the audit trail is portable.
- How do you handle citations and audit-defensibility?
- Every AI-generated response carries structured citations (document, section, page, relevance score). If retrieval returns no chunks above the relevance threshold, the system returns an explicit 'insufficient evidence' response rather than answering from general knowledge. The Proof Package export bundles the change, the analyst's response, and every citation needed to defend the decision in audit.
- What's the onboarding effort?
- A typical Pilot setup is one half-day session: configure your institution profile, point at your existing policies/controls library (uploaded once), and walk the flagship workflow on a real CSSF or EBA update from the past week. Most teams have a usable Radar by the end of the session.
